How to Manage Fatigue After a Brain Injury
Do you suffer with neuro fatigue? Are there days where you feel like you have it under control and other days that completely stop you in your tracks? If this sounds like your life, this course is for you! Becky will provide you with practical strategies to help you conserve your energy and improve your day-to-day living after brain injury.
How the course works
- Sessions are interactive and take place in a small group live on Zoom. The course is delivered in four sessions spread out over four weeks. This is after all, designed to help you manage your fatigue, so it’s important that you have time to absorb and process the information, ask questions and be able to maintain your concentration. Delivering everything in one hit is too much for the brain!
- All course content will be available ON DEMAND, so if you’re unable to attend live or want to refresh your memory, you can go back and watch at a time that suits you.
- Before the course starts, you’ll receive a copy of what’s included via email. This is yours to keep forever and makes it easy if you decide to print it and follow along during the live sessions.
Benefits of the course
Learn practical strategies on how to:
- Recognise fatigue in brain injury
- Manage your neuro fatigue
